Black bean, zucchini and quinoa tacos for dinner...
Fact: Necessity is the mother of invention. I just discovered that if you put your quinoa in a coffee filter first, put that in a bowl and fill that with water, you save yourself so much aggravation trying to strain it.
I feel accomplished.
